A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Schedule a Collection
Contact Hera’s Customer Service by phone to book your appointment. You will need to provide details about the item(s) for disposal and agree on a convenient date and time.

Step 2: Prepare the WEEE
Ensure the item is disconnected, clean, and placed in the agreed location. Items should be accessible for collection from within your property, near an exterior access point.

Step 3: Collection Day
Hera’s team will arrive at the scheduled time to collect the appliance(s) and ensure proper recycling.
Additional Option: Along with large WEEE, residents can also include smaller WEEE items, such as phones, toasters, or hairdryers, to be collected at the same time. Simply inform Hera during the booking process to arrange for these additional items.

This service is available for large household appliances, such as:
